1. Who we are and what SeePM does

SeePM ("SeePM", "we", "us") is a platform for advertising agencies and professionals to analyze and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Apple Ads, with the help of AI assistants. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, where it is stored, who it is shared with, how long we keep it and how you can delete it. It applies to seepm.app and to the SeePM MCP server that lets you use SeePM from your own AI assistant.

The agency or professional that uses SeePM owns its data and its clients' data. SeePM processes that data only to provide the service they asked for.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Account information

Your name, email address, organization and role. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google for that purpose only.

2.2 Advertising platform connections

When you connect an advertising account (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Apple), the platform gives us an access token through its standard authorization flow. We never see or store your passwords. Each person's connection is their own: SeePM only uses your token for requests you make.

2.3 Advertising data

Through those connections we read account structure, campaign settings, performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, costs), ad creatives and targeting settings, and — only when you or someone your organization authorized approves it — make changes such as pausing campaigns or adjusting budgets.

2.4 What you create in SeePM

Clients, linked ad accounts, conversations with the assistant, reports, findings, client knowledge documents ("brain"), and uploaded media you choose to add to your ad accounts.

2.5 Usage and security logs

A record of each tool the assistant ran for you (which tool, when, who, the outcome), kept for security, auditing and troubleshooting. Credentials are removed from these records.

3. Google user data

This section describes exactly how SeePM accesses, uses, stores and shares data obtained from Google APIs.

3.1 What we access

• Google Sign-In (scopes: openid, email, profile): your name, email address and profile picture, used only to create and sign in to your SeePM account.
• Google Ads (scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords), only if you connect it: the Google Ads accounts your Google login can access, their campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, assets, settings and performance reports.

3.2 How we use it

• To show your Google Ads data inside SeePM and in answers from the SeePM assistant or the AI assistant you connect to SeePM.
• To produce the analyses, audits, reports and recommendations you ask for.
• To make changes to your Google Ads accounts only when you request them and your organization's permissions allow them; changes that require approval wait until someone authorized approves them.

We use Google user data only to provide and improve these user-facing features. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

3.3 AI processing

To answer your requests, relevant Google Ads data is sent to the AI model that produces the answer. In the SeePM app this is Google's Gemini models through SeePM's own account, or, if your organization adds its own key for Anthropic, OpenAI, Google AI or Mistral, that provider under your key — in both cases under API terms that do not allow them to train their models on it. When you connect your own AI assistant (such as ChatGPT, Claude or Codex) to SeePM, the data you request is returned to that assistant under your agreement with its provider. SeePM does not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

3.4 How we store and protect it

• Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest in Supabase Vault and are only decrypted on our servers to make the requests you ask for.
• Google Ads data is fetched when you ask for it. It is stored only as part of what you keep in SeePM: the conversation where you asked, reports you save, findings, and notes written to a client's knowledge documents.
• All data is stored in our Supabase database in the United States (AWS us-east-2), with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, and row-level security that keeps every organization's data separate.
• Access by SeePM staff is limited to what is needed to operate the service, provide support you request, investigate security issues or comply with the law.

3.5 Who we share it with

We do not sell or share Google user data with third parties, except with the service providers that run SeePM on our behalf and only as needed to do so — Supabase (database and encrypted storage), Vercel (application hosting), Railway (hosting of the connectors that relay your requests to Google), and the AI providers described in 3.3 — or when required by law. Within your organization, data is visible according to the roles and client assignments your organization sets.

3.6 Retention and deletion

• When you disconnect Google Ads in SeePM (Settings → Platforms), we revoke the authorization with Google and delete your stored tokens.
• Conversations, reports, findings and client documents are kept while your account is active, until you or your organization delete them.
• You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing the address below; we complete deletion within 30 days.
• You can also revoke SeePM's access at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3.7 Limited Use

SeePM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data from other platforms

Data from Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Apple is accessed, used, stored, shared and deleted in the same way as Google Ads data described in section 3: only for the features you use, never sold or used for advertising or model training, tokens encrypted in Supabase Vault and deleted when you disconnect.

5. Service providers

• Google (Gemini) — AI models for the SeePM assistant; Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral only if your organization adds its own key for them

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, disconnect any platform, and withdraw consent at any time. Users in the EEA and UK have these rights under the GDPR; users in California under the CCPA. To exercise them, email us at the address below.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app.
