Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SeePM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SeePM is a paid media management platform that provides AI-powered analysis and optimization of advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Apple Ads. The Service connects to your advertising accounts through authorized APIs to provide insights, generate reports and make changes. You can use it in the SeePM app or from an AI assistant you connect to SeePM, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Codex.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your two-step sign-in device
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You must have proper authorization to connect advertising accounts to the Service
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to manage the advertising accounts you connect

4. Platform Connections

When you connect an advertising account, you grant SeePM permission to access its data and to make the changes you or your organization request, within the permissions your organization sets for your role. Changes that require approval wait until someone authorized approves them. You can revoke this access at any time from your Settings page or from the respective platform's security settings.

5. AI-Powered Recommendations

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your campaign data and provide recommendations. These recommendations are suggestions only. You are responsible for the changes you request or approve, whether in the SeePM app or through an AI assistant you connect, and for reviewing what an assistant proposes before asking it to apply it. SeePM is not liable for the outcomes of changes you request or approve.

6. AI Assistants You Connect

You can connect your own AI assistant (such as ChatGPT, Claude or Codex) to SeePM. The assistant acts with your SeePM account: the clients assigned to you, your own advertising platform logins and your role's permissions. Your use of the assistant is also governed by your agreement with its provider, and the data you ask it to retrieve is returned to it. You can disconnect an assistant at any time from Settings → Platforms → Authorized apps.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate Google Ads or Meta Ads policies
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SeePM is not responsible for:

  • Campaign performance outcomes resulting from approved changes
  • Downtime or unavailability of third-party APIs (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Changes to third-party API terms or availability
  • Data accuracy from third-party advertising platforms

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes.
